As a President of the Board of Association for Reintegration of Sentenced Prisoners I am honored to invite you to the Conference that will be held in Baku, Azerbaijan on 7 and 8 of April 2008 on the topic “The Protection of Political Rights in Azerbaijan – new dimensions”. Our organization is co-organizer together with other three Azerbaijani NGOs - Council of Civil Control over Political Prisoners, Foundation of “Human Rights in the XXI century-Azerbaijan” and Public Association “Prison Watch” – Azerbaijan.
We are covering all costs – travel, meals and accommodation. If anyone wants to deliver a speech on the Conference’ topics we can pay a remuneration of 500 euro.
