London: British Irish Rights Watch Deputy Director

Your chance to join a dynamic human rights organisation as our Deputy Director. BIRW has a very successful track record working on the human rights dimension of the conflict and peace process in Northern Ireland. Though small, our impact is big. We now need a committed human rights defender to join our team. This post is based in London with a starting salary of £35 -40,000 plus pension, depending on experience. As well as handling your own human rights caseload, you will manage our Administrator and Researcher, help with fundraising, and oversee our financial resources. We are seeking commitment, excellent communication and analytical skills, human rights experience, management experience, and the ability to work both autonomously and as a member of a team.
