London: Picket against Israeli slaying of civilians

PRC CONDEMNS KILLING OF CIVILIANS IN GAZA

PRESS RELEASE- 10/6/2006

The Palestinian Return Centre (PRC) London condemns in the strongest possible terms the brutal Israeli slaying of seven civilians including children in Gaza yesterday.

This latest outrage coincides with the imminent visit to London by the Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert next week. The PRC calls upon all its friends and supporters to write letters of protest to Prime Minister Tony Blair on his decision to host the prime minister of a country that wantonly kills women and children.

A picket would be held in Parliament Square (on the green) on Tuesday 13th June, between 11.00am and 1.00pm.

We urge you to turn out in large numbers to demonstrate your revulsion and opposition with Israel’s persistent and dangerous violations of international humanitarian law.
