Campaign Project Manager - Stop Violence Against Women

As a campaign manager with knowledge of and commitment to womens human rights and experience of developing and managing complex projects, you will be responsible for leading a team which is implementing a global campaign to Stop Violence Against Women. You will take part in the development of an overall strategic vision for the Campaign, and ensure the integration and delivery of a coherent package of policy, research and action to achieve tangible and measurable change. You will be able to plan effectively at the organizational level, motivate others to set strategic but realistic goals; anticipate future events and analyse implications for current plans; allocate resources appropriately; provide a framework of objectives, targets and timelines within which others can operate effectively; monitors and assess progress and evaluate outcomes. You will manage a team in the International Secretariat and coordinate work amongst the wider AI movement and with partner NGOs.
