Applicants should possess strong commitment to civil liberties, a college degree, and demonstrated ability in written and oral communication, fundraising, financial management and staff leadership. Duties include public education, membership recruitment, fundraising, occasional statewide travel, managing annual budget and coordinating legislative initiatives. Salary is commensurate with experience; benefits package will be provided. The ACLU of Indiana is an equal opportunity employer.
