Summary: The Paralegal I provides general paralegal support through intake, research, case review, documentation preparation and other related tasks to support general operations and the work of staff and pro bono attorneys.

Additional Qualifications:
·Education and/or Experience: Bachelors degree with demonstrated experience working with immigrants, refugees and/or asylum seekers. At least one year of experience working with these populations preferred. ·Language Skills: Fluency in a second language may be required. Ability to communicate articulately with internal and external audiences.
·Other Qualifications: Excellent writing, editing, organizational and computer skills required. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and perform well under strict deadlines.

Summary: The Associate Director will provide administrative and clinical oversight to programs within the department. The Associate Director will be part of the department’s senior management team and act in place of Director when absent.
Essential duties & responsibilities include: Oversees the administrative and clinical aspects of the program in coordination with the Director. · Assumes responsibility for, and implementation of, staff development training, in concert with the Human Resources department. · Assumes responsibility for all contract compliance both internal and external. · Oversees and participates in completing the reports required by funders. · Participates in program development and grants management in coordination with the Director.

Additional Qualifications:
· Education and/or Experience: Master's degree (M. A.) and four years relevant experience or ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LCSW/LCPC preferred. · Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
