The International Court of Justice is holding hearings on the merits of a case brought by the Bosnia and Herzegovina against Serbia accusing the latter's of violation of the Genocide Convention. Article 9 of said convention provides the ICJ with jurisdiction to try this case.
The case was first brought on by Bosnia in 1993. The hearings are expected to end in May and a decision is not expected for another year.
